- Traditional Bilona Method in Detail:
1. Sourcing High-Quality Milk:

2. Curd Making:

Fresh milk is boiled to kill any harmful bacteria.

3. Churning the Curd:

The curd is churned using a traditional wooden churner in both clockwise and counter-clockwise directions.

This process separates the butter (makhan) from the buttermilk (chaas).

The separated butter is collected and heated on a low flame.

5. Straining the Ghee:
