Our journey began with a commitment to revive and preserve the ancient art of ghee-making, ensuring our A2 Cow Bilona Ghee and A2 Milk captures the essence of purity.
Years ago, on a visit to our ancestral village, we tasted something we hadn’t experienced before – A2 Ghee made from the milk of grass-fed cows raised by local farmers. The flavor was unlike any other, bursting with a subtle sweetness and a deep nuttiness. They learned about the age-old practice of using milk from A2 cows, believed to be easier to digest and possess a richer nutritional profile.
A spark ignited. We thought of sharing this pure, forgotten taste with the world. Thus, began their journey – “Milk91”.We partnered with local farmers who raised A2 breed cows – breeds like Gir and Sahiwal, known for their strong immunity and milk rich in A2 beta-casein protein. These cows were not confined to sheds. They roamed free under the endless sky, grazing on the wild, natural bounty of the desert – native grasses, shrubs, and medicinal herbs. This freedom, they believed, translated into the superior quality of the milk.Milk, the heart of our product, is sourced from villages, ensuring that only the freshest and highest quality milk is collected for processing. श्री देवरहा बाबा: विश्व के इतिहास में एक महान योगी
पूज्य श्री देवरहा बाबा एक अष्टांग सिद्ध महायोगी थे। बाबा प्रतिवर्ष पौष-पूर्णिमा से शिवरात्रि पर्यन्त सम्पूर्ण माघमास प्रयाग में कल्पवास किया करते थे। बाबा वस्त्र के नाम पर केवल मृगचर्म ही पहना करते थे।
श्री देवरहा बाबा एक सिद्ध महापुरुष व कर्मठ योगी थे। पूज्य बाबा इस धरा के ऐसे संत थे जिनकी आयु आज भी एक रहस्य है, उनकी महिमा अपरम्पार है। किसी ने उन्हें 250 वर्ष, किसी ने 500 वर्ष तो किसी ने उन्हें 1000 वर्षों का कहा। श्री देवरहा बाबा ने कभी अपनी उम्र, तप, शक्ति व सिद्धि के बारे में कोई दावा नहीं किया। वे बिना पूछे ही सबकुछ जान लेते थे।
इस आश्चर्य को सुनकर लन्दन के आक्सफोर्ड विश्वविद्यालय से कुछ वैज्ञानिक आये और उन्होंने श्री बाबा के बाल, नाखून और आवाज को संग्रहित किया और खोज करने के लिए ले गए कि इस अमुक व्यक्ति की आयु क्या है? तब उन्होंने यह पाया कि यह नाखून और बाल जिसके भी हैं, वह मात्र 3 वर्ष का बालक है और यह आवाज जिसकी भी है वह 5000 वर्ष से अधिक पुरानी है।
यही नहीं, भारत के प्रथम राष्ट्रपति डा० राजेन्द्र प्रसाद अपनी जीवन कथा में लिखते हैं कि जैसा मैंने पूज्य बाबा को अब देखा है, ऐसे ही जब मैं 10 वर्षों का था और अपने दादा जी की उंगली पकड़कर बाबा के दर्शनों के लिए जाया करता था, तब भी बाबा की ऐसी ही अवस्था थी। बाबा बिना कहे-सुने ही अपने पास आने वालों की समस्याओं और उनकी मन की बात जान लिया करते थे। उनकी याद्दाश्त बहुत तेज थी कि वे दशकों बाद भी किसी व्यक्ति से मिलते थे तो उसके खानदान के बारे में बताते थे।
बाबा ने जीवनभर कोई अन्न ग्रहण नहीं किया। पूज्य बाबा स्थूल शरीर के अंतिम 4 वर्ष सन 1986 से 1990 तक श्री धाम वृन्दावन में रहे और वहीं पर 19 जून सन 1990, आषाढ़ मास, कृष्ण पक्ष योगिनी एकदशी के दिन महासमाधि में लीन हो गए।
